Full refurbishment project.
The idea of this build was to completely transform and modernise the space. We took over this property in a very bad state. Over the course of 8 weeks we completely transformed it from a very run down, small space into something someone could call a home. We stripped everything out of the house. Took all the walls back to brick, installed a brand new heating system and upgraded the electrics. Here’s a couple of pictures to show some of the progress over those 8 weeks.
As you can see in the video, we had stripped out most of the existing structures in the house. We were in the process of taking the bottom half of the plaster off and installing a damp proof membrane and then plasterboarding the walls.
